100bp Ladder Plus is an ideal DNA Ladder for determining the size of double-stranded (dsDNA) DNA from 100 to 3,000 base pairs (bp). The ladder consists of 14 linear dsDNA fragments. The 500bp and 1,200bp fragments are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.
